Kauai is our favorite place, but we understand that many travelers want to experience other Hawaiian islands too and we're happy to accommodate those itineraries while keeping the same emphasis on responsible tourism as we do for Kauai. Though, please keep in mind that our research of the other islands for your ideal trip may require a slightly longer lead time than normal.

As soon as possible. Some of the best things fill up months in advance. Most activities can be cancelled up until 48 hours in advance (check individual policies) so it's best to grab your spot and change plans later if needed.
If you're booking your own trip using our website, you'll be directed to the payment portals of each vendor.
If you're working with us on a trip, we'll either send you a direct link to the options you choose and you'll handle the bookings yourself or, if you prefer for us to do it (and in some cases we don't have direct booking links for things we recommend for your itinerary) we'll send you a credit card authorization form and book things on your behalf. All items charged to your card will be itemized and approved by you in writing beforehand. There's no added fee or charge to book things this way.
All cancelations are at the discretion of the travel partner you've booked with. In most, but not all, cases there's free cancelation up to 48 hours in advance, however we do not guarantee anything on behalf of our vendors. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for your trip. We're happy to assist you with that, just send us a message here.
